Downstairs there is a large twin bedroom (each bed is 90cms) with an annexed shower room and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace outside. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140cms and en-suite shower/WC room, and two rooms with twin beds of 90cms. There is also a bathroom/WC.
The salon has comfortable seating for 8 people.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, 5 gas burner hob, fridge with freezer, dish washer, washing machine, micro-wave, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. There is a CD player and radio.
Outside are is a shady terrace with tables, chairs, loungers, sofas, and a barbecue.
There is a swimming pool of 3m x10m and private parking for 2/3 cars.
The house has central heating and a fireplace for cooler weather.
